Turning an airliine into an authoritative retail brand.

To be successful in business, you have to be able to see through the problems to the opportunites beyond. When the UK government abolished duty-free in the European Union, British Airways faced a substantial loss of revenue from inflight sales. Between 1995 and 2000 we turned their inflight duty-free brochure into a luxury department store of the skies, delivering £50 million annual revenue every year for five years.
