To be successful in business, you have to be able to see through the problems
to the opportunites beyond. When the UK government abolished duty-free in
the European Union, British Airways faced a substantial loss of revenue from
inflight sales. Between 1995 and 2000 we turned their inflight duty-free brochure
into a luxury department store of the skies, delivering £50 million
annual revenue every year for five years.
