In 2000 the owner of Ormonde Jayne was making fragranced candles on her kitchen
table. By 2003 she had become a luxury perfumer with a multi-channel retail
operation, and an international client list that includes Catherine Deneuve,
Goldie Hawn and Nancy dell'Olio. Business success is all about knowing how
to spend it: in this case, on a Bond Street boutique, an annual mail order
catalogue and an ecommerce-enabled website.
